The Website provides general information about operational-documentation services for business owners preparing for a potential sale. Website content is for informational and promotional purposes only.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
