Effective September 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of preparebusinessforsale.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Navot Yellin in New York. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about operational-documentation services for business owners preparing for a potential sale. Website content is for informational and promotional purposes only.
2. No professional advice
The Website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, valuation, brokerage, investment, or financial advice. You should consult appropriately qualified advisers regarding your circumstances and any potential business transaction.
3. No client relationship or guarantee
Visiting the Website, sending an email, requesting information, or booking an introductory call does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, or other professional relationship.
Any paid engagement will begin only after you and I enter into a separate written agreement. That agreement will control the engagement if it conflicts with these Terms.
I do not guarantee that any service, document, or action will result in a sale, higher valuation, higher offer, improved transaction terms, or other particular outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with the Website's operation, security, or availability.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract Website content except as permitted by law.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or malicious material.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and its original text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by Navot Yellin or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission.
These Terms apply only to Website content. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables created during a paid engagement will be governed by the separate written client agreement.
6. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including scheduling, video-conferencing, analytics, and professional-networking services. I do not control and am not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from or relating to the Website will not exceed $100. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
